Could you tell me how much temperature how much temperature  can UC2845A Junction be withstanded ?

the datasheet mentions "junction temperature , Tj" shows -55 ~150℃.

does this information include UC1842A, UC1843A, UC1844A, UC1845A UC2842A, UC2843A, UC2844A, UC2845A UC3842A, UC3843A, UC3844A, UC3845A?

this datasheet might have multiple devices so that I would like to confirm it.

    Hi Masaharu,

    This is a whole family of products UCx84xA, all devices are derivatives of each other and will have the same specifications if there is no otherwise noted. So it can be confirmed that Tj of UC2845A is -55 ~150℃.
