BQ34Z950: BQ34Z950 takes charging current 2.6A

Hello

I am working on battery pack (4 cell series) 2600mAh  which consist BQ34Z950. I upload following parameters in BQ34Z950  but voltage Ok status, Full charge status not update after 100% charging. Battery cycle count also display some garbage value after some amount of time whenever you refresh then it update. At a time of charging it takes 2.6A current. What should i do? which parameter need to change? please help me.
