Hi Sir,

I want to find a LDO to replace TCR3UM30A (TOSHIBA), it's quiescent current is 0.38uA(Typ.).

The TPS782 is 0.5uA, has any device could meet or better this spec.? the size is smallest is better, like X2SON package.

    Hi Driscoll,

    In terms of quiescent current, TPS782 is currently our lowest Iq device. In terms of low Iq and small size, our TPS7A05 comes in X2SON as well and an even smaller WCSP package but has 1uA (typ) Iq.
