TPS61165: LED glint problem with TPS61165

Hi Team,

The customer has a led glint problem with TPS61165.

1. Power Topology: SEPIC

2. Input: 12V Output:18V

3. LED: 6S7P back-light white LEDs

4. Issue: LED glint @ 17mA or lower current.

5. Using DC sources directly and adjusting current to be 17mA or lower, no glint phenomenon, but the 18V (nominal input voltage) input voltage drops to 16.36V and current keeps at 27mA.

Hi Yang,

Based on your description, I have some suggestion as below:
1. Can you try to increase the input voltage to 18V and test again? Is there any same phenomenon?
2. Can you compare the waveform difference between those two situations? Or you may find something

Unfortunately, I don't have customer's board. I will demand one board from customer to test it. thanks!
