My design is based on the webench design of TPS56221，which you can see the circuit in the accessories.but it doesn’t work.So I measure all the pin with the oscilloscope ，the wave in the same accessories,who can tell me the reason ？thanks a lot!!data.docx

I don't see anything particularly wrong with the schematic. Did you follow it and the BOM exactly? How is the PCB layout. Can you share it? EN/SS is continually resetting. That indicates that you are tripping the OCP function. Can you show the start up from the first instance? I would like to observe the EN/SS calibration. Please show EN/SS and the SS node in the same waveform.
