My customer needs a dc/dc (12V in /3.3V@1.5A-2A out)which has high requirementfor power consumption and efficiency / I recommended TPS563249 of which the Rds is very small/ But datasheet doesn't offer the Iq / Can you offer it ?

Hi,

Please refer to TPS563240 which is ECO mode version, while TPS563249 is FPWM which doesn't have a low no-load current performance, thanks.

You can find it on its datasheet which is 235uA when no-switching. Thanks.
