Dear Sir,
1. Use the default 1.229V reference will get the most accurate voltage.
2. The internal RC time constant is around 1ms.

Hi Helen
There are two voltage adjustment method for TPS61170, one is PWM duty cycle control of CTRL pin, another is easy scale program;
what is the internal realization diagram for easy scale method? What about the accuracy of these two method?

Hi Ranen,
The PWM duty cycle can be set at any duty. While the easy scale program only have 32 steps. So it depend on your needs.

Hellen,
I am not confused about the resolution, but the reference accuracy.
For PWM duty cycle adjustment, the accuracy is affected by PWM frequency, duty accuracy, 1.229V accuracy and RC filter.
and I do not know the easy scale internal diagram, so do not know which parameter affect the reference accuracy when using easy scale.

Hi Ranen,
The easy scale mode has better accuracy. It is of +-2.5% accuracy for each step voltage..
