TPS65320D-Q1: EN1 and 2 Pulldown

In the data sheet it states:

"7.3.5 Enable and Undervoltage Lockout

The TPS65320D-Q1 device enable pins (EN1 and EN2) are high-voltage-tolerant input pins with an internal pulldown circuit..."

Can you tell us what the value (i.e. strength) of those internal pulldowns are?

This information is not in the data sheet. I have asked Design to provide this information. I will pass it on as soon as they answer.

Sal,

I hooked up an EVM and measured the current directly into the EN1 and EN2 pins.

I measured 0.35uA (350nA) on each ENx pin pulling to ground. The current was the same at 12V and 6V on the ENx pins.

Thanks Gordon. So it really like looks more like a current source, not a resistor.
