My customer is connecting during VIN pin and VINA pin directly.

What is this condition concerned about?

Hello Kuramochi,
VINA is supplying multiple internal circuits and it is not recommended to have a big voltage delta between VIN and VINA.
The 100 Ohm resistor inside the device in combination of a small capacitor to GND can be used to filter the supply for the internal circuits.

However this is not required and a short between VIN and VINA is ok.

What condition by noise is inappropriate specifically?

e.g.) Inverting VIN and VOUT momentary

noise on VINA could cause higher ripple on VOUT.
