TLV62565: Light load Switching frequency

Hello

           Below is Vin 3.3V, Vout 1.2V/15mA light load switching frequency waveform. Min is 2.442MHz and Max is 2.449MHz. Are correct for light load switching frequency due to tye Switching frequency is 1.5MHz. Thanks.

    Hi Patrick,

    The 1.5MHz switching frequency (PWM mode) is at medium to heavy load as describe in datasheet while the waveform you provided operates in PFM mode which should have much lower switching frequency. By the way, the Fsw is approximately 220~230kHz not 2.44MHz. I suggest to use the cursor function of the oscilloscope to measure it accurately.
