Hi Sir

I saw Vgs doesn't have type value in datasheet

May I know how to confirm the Vgs voltage

Due to the same schematic ,IPB240N03S4l have 13.5V Vgs ,but NVMFS5C604NL is 7V

The Vgs range is 7V to 15V with typical at 11V.

Can you share your test conditions. what is the input voltage, load current. ? What is the Vgs voltage at no-load ?

Hi Sir

if I use a LDO supply 19V to LM9061 ,the Vgs will be 7V

But use Vin 28V and supply to LM9061 ,the Vgs will be 13.5V

It's very strange
