HI Nesh,

If the model does not exist on TI.com then we do not have the model for these devices. This is sometimes occurs on very old devices such as the LMx26 series.

Is there a particular reason why you need the LM236-2.5V device instead of a device such as the TL431LI? or LM4041-N?

Those are both adjustable voltage references.
