I have a customer who is asking for the thermal impedance for TLV7111533DDSER. 

Junction to case and Junction to ambient.

    Hi Mark, 

    The thermal impedance for junction-to-ambient is 170C/W and it has been mentioned in the application section. The junction-to-case thermal impedance is not currently available in the datasheet. May I ask what kind of calculation you plan to use it for?

    Hi Mark,

    I found the thermal data for this device from the thermal database, please use the following thermal impedance numbers. The Rja number used in datasheet application is not correct. This will be fixed in our next datasheet revisions.
