LM3630A: output current accuracy and balance at low output

Part Number: LM3630A
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM36923

Dear Sir/Ms.

My customer uses the LM3630A to drive two strings of LED light.
Explain first, the brightness of the customer is divided into 1 to 100 steps.
Among them, the customer compares two PCBAs and finds the same layout of the same PCBA. When the brightness is 1, the output current is quite different.
result:

PCBA 1 : At a brightness of 1, the output current is 0.0306mA.
PCBA 2 : At a brightness of 1, the output current is 0.050 mA.
The difference between the two is 20uA.

I would like to ask, LM3630A Iled Current at low output current, the difference will be +-%?

The customer test found that ILED1 uses three identical PCBAs. At brightness 1, the ILED1 current values measured by the three identical PCBA measurements are quite large.
And ILED2, 3 pieces of the same PCBA, when the brightness is 1, the measured current values are quite similar.

I would like to ask, the error written in the specification is 2.5%. The minimum output current is guaranteed to be 2.5%.

Is there any conditional limit?

Best Regards,

Kami Huang
