Non-inverting means an ordinary positive output regulator.

Inverting means a positive input to negative output regulator

A model that says "non-inverting and inverting" means that it will work for both types of regulators.

Can I use Un-encrypted model in TINA and LTspice?

I simulated it, but didn't work with error below. I believe when I connect all pins to GND, the transient analysis should work.

Hi Oliver,

I think the simulation shows error message because the connections are not proper. You do not need to import the model file in TINA-TI. We already have enabled export option in WEBENCH designer. You can create your design in WEBENCH designer and then please download the exported TINA-TI simulation file as shown below.
