Hello,
overlap protection can be activated with RDT resistor on pin DT. What is the dead time when shorten the DT pin to GND?

    Hi Holger,

    Thank you for your question. I work on the applications team in the high power drivers group.

    We do not recommend tying DT to GND because this pin tries to regulate itself to 0.8V, and if tied to GND, will add ~1mA to ICCIq. The minimum DT is set with ~1kOhm from DT to GND, which will add ~10ns of deadtime between CHA and CHB. Anything below 1kOhm will not change the overlap time significantly.
