As below picture is from bq7718 datasheet, for bq7718xy, it said "Future option. Contact TI for more information.", So I want to check Is there 4.1V or 4.15V OVP device ?

I apologize for the late response. There is currently not a version of this device that has 4.1V or 4.15V OVP. Please contact our local sales team and they will work with you to find a solution.
