Attached is the waveform,

CH1 is the volt at a pin of a 0,55Ohm  Resistor in input of 24V used to calculate the current

CH2 is the other resistor pin

M is Ch1-Ch2 so consider that is 1V/div the maximum current is hestimated be more than 1,5V/0,55 Ohm = 2,72 A

CH3 is Vneg

I'm sorry for the delay.

Added is our schematic.

I recap the issue:

When apply the +24V, we think that condensator  on Vpos and Vneq require a large quantity of current up to 2.5A.

We would like to limit this current; after the transint the max current is only 200mA

You have consider that this type of board can be present in a system up 10 time, so it's a problem if all require 2,5A at startup.

Reading the TPS54360 sheet seems that we should work on rcomp (R29) but we haven't get any result in current limitation.

Sorry for the delayed response.

Yes to answer your question, pin 9 should be connected to VNEG as shown on your schematic.

As far as the input current goes, is it possible to reduce the 47uF input capacitor to 22uF? This is if you cannot control the ramp of the input supply dv/dt rate.

We will try to reduce input capacitor, but we think the issue is related to the current required down the TPS.

We hope to set in someway the maxim current.
