Hi Ti,
I want to ask about my project that required two output voltage 3.3V (1A) and 4V (2A) from the battery bus power supply input that is 12V.
Below is my circuit that converts 12V to 3.3V and 4V. My questions are:
1. Is this circuit correct? and;
2. Do both ICs (TPS563231) need to put heat sink to reduce heat?

the schematic is correct.
for thermal, heat sink is better but not required. (maybe difficult to add heat sink to such small package).
yes the thermal must be paid attention due to small package. I suggest you follow the EVM layout method, add via and enough copper close to each pin.
