TPS74701: Bias voltage settings

Hi,

I'm using 2 x TPS75701 LDOs for different power rails as below. Note that for both rails i'm setting Vbias = 5V. Is that the right approach & what are the key consideration in setting the bias voltage?

1) Vin= 2.5V, Vo= 1.5V/300mA

2) Vin= 1.5V, Vo= 1.1V/200mA

HI Leo,

I am assuming you are using 2x TPS74701 LDO's as in the title.

If so, the key concern is shown in figure 6:

This says that VBIAS should be 1.5V higher than the target VOUT.
