Thank you for your question.
Unfortunately we do not have a forward PoE solution for 24V. For 24V, the typical topology will be a flyback and not a active clamp forward like shown in the below link which also uses the TPS23754 and the -420 EVM to implement 24V.

I still hope to use the active clamp forward topology. tried to modify the TPS23754-383EVM implement to 24Vout, from the -420 EVM circuit to modified to the -383 EVM circuit,

How to connect as (A)?
(B) Is this Gate2 going the original path?

Hi Kevin,
Please see attached which might make it easier (visually). But i recommend modifying the -420EVM since it is a flyback topology. There would be too much to modify if the -383EVM.
The diode looks backwards also you still need to modify the bias winding since it's now a flyback design. The output inductor is also much too high for flyback.
