BQ2970: What is the maximum charge current and discharge current of BQ2970 IC series?

My customer has one battery with 120mAh, and the max discharging is only 2C, so we need to limit the discharging current within 0.5A.
then we select bq29700 shown below spec, the OCD is 100mV, which means we need to pick up a FET with on-resistance up to 0.2ohm to meet this small discharging current. correct?
if correct, it is hard to find a suitable FET (25V/200mohm). or do you have any recommendation?
Or do we have small OCD threshold part?
If you are looking for a smaller OCD threshold, I recommend the BQ2980. It can be found here:
This device has OCD thresholds as low as 8 mV currently, but can go as low as 1 mV for future devices.
