Hi, I am thinking of promoting LED driver for wide display cluster (about 17 inches or more)

I have been promoting lp8860-Q1 for cluster display about 4~7 inches.

Would it be better to promote lp8863 or lp886x for wide display cluster?

Also, I wonder as cluster display is getting connected to CID(even with passenger display), what kind of function of LED driver is getting important?

I want to know TI's strategy for this change.

Hello Yunsik,

Lp8863-Q1 is a good choose for wide display cluster.

In automotive application, the most important point is safety , so comprehensive diagnostic is a trend for automotive IC design.

For larger cluster , higher output current and more output channels is another trend.

Cloud you tell me the customer your support(e-mail is better for privacy), then I can give you some targeted suggest.
