    Hello Lawrence,

    Thank you for your interest in the UCC28063 Interleaved-TM PFC controller.

    Thermal resistance information for the device can be found in a table in Section 7.4 (page 5) of the UCC28063 datasheet (ref: http://www.ti.com/lit/ds/symlink/ucc28063.pdf ).  Be sure to also read the notes under the table as they pertain to each noted parameter.

    In addition, there is a link to an application note (ref: http://www.ti.com/lit/an/spra953c/spra953c.pdf ) regarding how to use the various thermal resistances listed in the table.

    Finally, (for future reference) the datasheets of all TI devices should have a similar table of Thermal Information located somewhere in the first few pages.
