TPS717: Feedback Divider Impedance

Part Number: TPS717

Page 18 of the TPS71701 data sheet indicates that the lower resistor of the feedback divider MUST be between 160k and 320k:

In the application in question, we need to hit a fairly tight (3%) output regulation accuracy and need to use 0.1% resistors since the internal reference is +/-2%.

We are not concerned with the quiescent current of the circuit, and have lower decade resistor values available in 0.1% tolerance.

What is driving this requirement for R2 to be between 160k and 320k?

What do we need to add to the circuit so that we can use a lower impedance feedback divider?

I've never seen such a requirement before, and want to better understand what is going on here with this part.

Thanks, Best, Steve
