BQ76940: Voltage between SRP and SRN

I am testing our new BMS board which has bq76940.
That is working almost good for now, but there is voltage between SRN and SRP dispite of open connection.
The voltage is about DC1.5mV, and it appears after boot bq76940.
Could you give me some advice?

Hi,

The SRP and SRN pins should not be left open. If they are unused, they should be connected to VSS.

Thank you for your rapid answer !

I also tried to connect them with 100 ohm resister after I cast the question, and I confirmed there are no voltage.
