Hello, all.

I am concerned about inrush current flowing through the body diode of the N-channel FET at power-on i.e.before the LM74700 starts to drive the gate and turn on the FET.

Can I use two back to back N-channel FETs  to mitigate this (with their drains connected to each other so that their body diodes are in opposite directions)?
