LMR16006: Implement soft-start?

Part Number: LMR16006
I'm using LMR16006. Input is around 19V, output 8.2V, 105mA. There is a divider at the SHDN pin to turn the unit off when input hits 14.5V (100K/8.8K). I'd like to know if there is a way to slow down the turn-on a little bit? The datasheet states that it employs a soft start internally, but is there a manner to simply set up an on-delay as well? Thanks James

As a follow-up, it seems that what I want to achieve is a slow-ramp up of the regulated output. Is that possible?

There isn't a simple method as configuring a pin a certain way.I think the only approach would be implementing externally circuitry or moving to a different device, unfortunately.
