Dear team,

In the datasheet , there are two kinds of power on sequence as below. Why are they different? Why does the external mosfet impact the power on sequence?

    Hi Sherry,

    The difference between two sequences is because of the boost isolation switch as shown in figure 36 of the datasheet. Boost isolation switch does not turn on until sometime after boost voltage is in regulation and that is why picture on the right does not show boost voltage soft-start ramp etc.  That is also why VGL comes up before Vs because Vs is held off by boost isolation switch.
