In addition, is the R_ON spec affected by different settings of IOUT?

Hi Sam,
Typically, when the FET is ON at a VBIAS of 5V, the on resistance will be 16mOhm as stated in the datasheet. You can use the datasheet values for VBIAS=5V in your application at VBIAS=3.3V. We only see a small degradation at lower VBIAS (VBIAS=2.5V) as stated in the datasheet.
ON resistance is only dependent on the Vbias and not the Iout.
