TLV743P: Drop out voltage of TLV743P and TLV755P

Hello expert,

I have request you to provide the LDO's specification.

I need the drop out voltage of TLV743P and TLV755P when I chose 2.8V fixed output voltage option @200mA output current.
Could you provide this specification data for me?

    You can use the information for 3.3VOUT and 2.5VOUT to estimate 2.8VOUT drop-out voltage. Here is how to do it:

    1. For the TLV743 datasheet shows a maximum drop-out of 260mV for VOUT of 2.5@300mA. This means the effective RDSON of the pass element is 260mV/300mA or 0.86Ohm.

    2. The TLV743 also shows the maximum drop-out of 220mV for VOUT of 3.3@300mA. This is an equivalent 0.73Ohm RDSON

    3. If you average the two, the estimated RDSON would be close to 0.79Ohm at 2.9V (simple arithmetic average).  So at 200mA, the drop should be ~158mV

    The same approach would yield ~103mV for the TLV755. 

    Unfortunately, we do not have specific measurement data for 2.8V at 200mA.
