TPS61251: 340uA in snooze Mode

I used TPS61251 to regulate the voltage from 3V6 lithium thionyl chloride battery to 3V3DC. The circuit is exactly based on Figure 6 page 12, but I have R1 = 500kOhm. The output 3V3DC is connected to the LTE module. When the LTE module is in power save, the current draw is about 7.5uA.
The circuit works fine, but when I put the LTE modul in powersave mode, it draws 340uA from the battery.
I have a 470uA polymer tantalum capacitorT520W477M006ATE055 on the output of the TPS61251 and when I removed the 470uF capacitor, the load current was about 10uA instead of 360uA. How can I reduce the load current without removing the 470uA polymer tantalum capacitor?
