Hi,
I am using a BQ24075RGTR with a fuel gauge (BQ27441DRZR-G1A). Everything works as expected. The battery charges and the gauge measures.
However I am trying to use the CHG pin to indicate charging via a microcontroller. I have a device with the charge IC and the fuel gage and I have another device (charging cradle) with a microcontroller. When the device is inserted into the cradle the CHG pin connects to the microcontroller via a pogo pin. In the cradle the CHG pin is pulled high to 3.3V via a 100k resistor.
My problem is that even when the charging is complete the CHG pin stays low. The gague measures no current and the SoC is 100%. If I turn off charging via the CE pin, the CHG pin is still low.
Could you send me any pointers how to investigate the issue?
Thanks,
Marton
