Thank you, I got the full Schematic, 

I have another query Can I design this PCB in 4 layer with large copper area with 2OZ copper thickness, In my Application need voltage and current rating 2.5V/25A, how much copper area required for this design

or Do you have any reference design layout for 4 layer PCB with this same IC? If you have this share us, it is very helpful for our reference

    Hi Arumagam,

    I have not found a 4-layer reference design for LMZ31530; both the EVM and PMP9464 reference design I found are 6-layer designs.

    The SOA curves in the datasheet (Fig 4-6 for Vin=12V; Fig. 10-12 for Vin=5V) assume 100 mm × 100 mm six-layer PCB with 1 oz. copper. You may get similar thermal performance/capability with four 2oz copper layers.
