Hello

We are using TPS565208 module to generate diff voltages like 3.3V, 1.2V, 1V from 5V.

We are doing QM333 on our product and we have faced that during the hot cycle the module has gone bad.

PFA schematic for reference.

Also Can you please help us to understand why it happened?

Can you provide some details about your failure? What were the specific operating conditions when it occurred?

The issue is that we are conducting a thermal cycle at 55 degrees C and when the chamber reached 55 we turned on the device and we got to see module is not generating the power.

So we tried replacing the IC.

But now what is happening the IC is getting short as soon as we turn on the board.

Before turning on the Board if we check the board impedance it looks fine as soon as we turn the board on the IC gets short and we get 2-3 ohm impedance at that

Have you tried to turn on it at room temp? Does it can operate normally at room temp?

Now at room temp only we are facing the issue that IC is getting short as soon as we turn on the board.
