Customer happen fail issue that output only 4.7V voltage of TPS61253A? Has any risk for schematics and inductor? Thank you.

what is the failure rate? do the issue disappear if EN toggle on/off?

failure rate is 0.3% and not recovery by EN toggle on/off. Thank you.
