I will leave this question for our colleagues working on drivers to answer you specifically. However, to my knowledge we do not. 

I believe the OP is looking a PWM controller solution which does not require an external gate driver IC for GaN. I don't believe TI (or anyone else) offers anything like that at this time.

For GaN FETs, the gate drive path needs to be extremely tight. So any FET that isn't ground referenced needs to be driven with a bootstrapping or isolated gate driver (no gate drive transformers or DC blocking caps). For high voltage operation, that requires special HV processes, and the entire controller would have to be built on that process (or have two dies in one package). For low voltage operation (<100V) this is probably technically feasible right now, but the controller might be a lot more expensive. For offline applications, you'll probably have to wait a few years at least...
