I will see what files we have on the UCC28950-Q1. Please be aware that TI has a pin 2 pin replacement part for the UCC28950-Q1, the UCC28951-Q1 which offers improved performance at maximum duty cycle during overload conditions.

We don't have a FMEA analysis for the UCC28951-Q1 / UCC28950-Q1 however we do have a pin fault chart which I will send to you if you contact me by email at colingillmor@ti.com

In general we can support customers with additional information, but this must be requested and I would need the commercial details of the project first - please include the commercial details in your email.
