Could you please help suggest our suggested part to compete FDMS86350ET80? Thank you.
Thanks for your interest in TI MOSFETs. The closest we have would be CSD19502Q5B. It's an 80V device in 5x6 SON package but rds(on) is much higher, 4.1mOhm max at VGS = 10V. If they can use a 60V FET, then I would recommend CSD18540Q5B.

Thank you. 4.1mohm might be not suitable. I found another 40V mosfet PSMN1R8-40YLC, and could you also help check our alternative part?

Thanks again for your inquiry. I would recommend CSD18512Q5B to replace PSMN1R8-40YLC. The on resistance at VGS = 4.5V is slightly higher, 2.3mOhm vs. 2.1mOhm max but is lower at VGS = 10V, 1.6mOhm vs. 1.8mOhm max.
