BQ25896 EVM and bq Studio
Part Number: BQ25896EVM-664
I just want to know if we can evaluate the chip using an adruino (or the likes) instead of using EV2300 or EV2400?
I believe it can be done by simply using a host controller over an I2C interface and other GPIOs.
I just want to make sure I am not missing anything here.
Wonder if we can still use the BQStudio?
BQStudio requires an EV2300/EV2400. You can alternatively use a controller to read/write the charger's I2C register over the I2C bus.
