The current sensing calibration parameter includes gain and offset. Are these value calibrated and set in default from factory or it should be set by ourselfves? Are these values automatically calculated and set by the power management designer software? I think each UCD9248 may be different and should have independent calibration value. Do I need to calibrate each UCD9248 on my board and set different value? If it is true, I think it is difficult for product production.
I have 3 boards of the same design, current sensing result is different in an extent of 50%. This is why I ask this question.
