TPS61096A: operating at -55°C?

Hello,

For a new design, the reference TPS61096A matchs all our requirements except the negative temperature.

On the datasheet, the minimun operating is at -40°C. Our design requires -55°C


What could occurs at -55°C? Have you already test this at -55°C? Is it a package limitation or it is an other reason?
