LDO with soft start, 500 mA current, and low drop out for 1.2V -> 1.1V regulation?

Hello,

We have designed in a TPS7A11 LDO for a 500 mA, 1.2V VIN, 1.1V VOUT regulation circuit.  However, we now have concerns about current inrush and the need to perform soft start locally.

I am aware of your app note on soft start circuits for LDOs (Doc SLYT096). 

However, I'm hoping you can point me to an LDO that meets our requirements and also has soft start / ability to limit inrush current.
