We need to know your design specs such as input and output voltages, efficiency target. Only it is difficult to make suggestion only based on 180W output.

Input:100V~240VAC;

Output: 19.5VDC/9.3A CV model

Pout:180W;

The client needs the adapter size to be as small as possible，No efficiency requirements have been put forward, but the higher

the better.Because it improves the temperature of the device;

For 180W rated power, does your specs require PFC in front? If so, I would think LLC may be better with the LLC controller UCC25640x.

A little bit push on active clamp flyback but it is ok to go with UCC28780 with GaN.
