Hey Star,
Thank you for taking the time to post this schematic.
Pin 1:IN Looks good you need cap, 10uF OK
Pin 2: ISET looks good 1k will set to 540mA charge current
Pin 3: VSS ground tied to ground good
Pin 4: PRETERM Looks good have a resister 1k/2k this is 5% to 10% termination, both will work.
Pin 5: /PG Pull up to interface with MCU, looks OK
Pin 6: NC not connected
Pin 7: ISET2 pull low to set unit to used ISET resister
Pin 8: /CHG, Open collector output resister OK
Pin 9: TS 10k Resister will keep unit in safe range.
Pin 10: OUT has an 1uF output cap within the specified ratings
Overall this is a correct schematic
Hi Manuel Diaz Corrada
Thanks for your reply. The query is the battery detection state abnormal when the battery voltage exceeds 4.0v (full voltage 4.18v)?
Thanks
Star
You can use the CHG pin to detect when the charging is complete. I might not be understanding your question, what do mean abnormal state when Vbat > 4V?
