BQ76PL455A-Q1 If the external power supply is used, in the shutdown mode, the power of the VIO and GPIO is not turned off, and the reverse power supply occurs. In this case, will the chip be damaged?

    Hello User,

    If external supply is used, VP and VDIG should turn off immediately after entering shutdown to avoid back powering.

    If back powering happened, it means internal diode structure is conducting current which would be potential risk to cause device damaged

    or would cause device's degrading and finally device got damaged.

    By the way, next time please submit E2E question by English so that other engineer in team can also give feedback in time.
