UCC2895: First gate pulse at startup

Hello E2E,

When startup, first gate pulses output from OUT_A and OUT_C sometimes.
These pulses width are very short.
Is it malfunctioning? or is it normal and common?

I think this is normal behaviour as the system starts to operate. OUTA and OUTC both on is the normal condition during the freewheeling interval when no power is being transferred to the secondary. Whether or not the pulses appear probably depends on the voltage at the EAOUT, SS, CS pins. Note, that OUTA and OUTC on at the same time is a normal operating condition for the PSFB power stage.
