Hi TI-team

My customer want to know Feedback trip point voltage of Tj:125 to 150°C.

They recognize that the absolute maximum rating is Tj:150°C.

Do you have data ?

I saw that Figure 6. Feedback Voltage vs Free-Air Temperature.

I think that the accuracy of -40℃ may remain worse than 150℃.

Hi Koji,

Sorry. TI only promises the feedback voltage in the range of 1.2V to 1.27V with Ta from -40 to +125.

The figure 6 feedback voltage vs free-air temperature curve is a typical characteristic. Different IC has variations and not all the IC has the same characteristic vs temperature.

Is it impossible for you to get them as reference data ?

Customer wants data like Fig. 6 of the data sheet.

Vcc = 4V, temperature -40 ~ 150 ℃.

Hi Koji,

I would see if it is allowed to share the data with customer but highly likely that customer needs sign an NDA with TI first.

Hi Koji,

I've confirmed with colleague that TI only test the reference voltage in the range of -40 to 125C after the IC is manufactured from factory. Sorry we couldn't provide you the data.
