BQ34Z100-G1: LED Status Blight always ON when Charge and Dis Charge while Display SW ON.

Hi 

Our Customer want to use  BQ34Z100G1 like a Mobile Battery almost Stand Alone. 

They hope LED Status always Keep ON  while  LED Display SW ON. 

We know  this LED Status time decide by  LED Hold Time Resister. 

But we want to know  Double confirm about this BQ34Z100G1 Spec. 

[ Question ] 

    Data Sheet   LED Resister setting  prescription 

    Table 20. LED/COMM Configuration Bits   [ BIT 3 ]    LED_ON 

    " Setting Bit 3, LED_ON, will cause the LED display to be always on "

  　With this setting, dose  we   think that the LED is  " Blight "  while the SW is on?

    

  *  We want to LED Status Blight  at  while LED SW ON without  LED Hole time Setting.

     Just  LED ON / OFF by  LED SW by external  SW  with Stand alone.

    Hi,

        With LED_ON set, the LEDs will always be on no matter whether the LED DISP is pressed or not, however, you can get this effect by turn on or off power to the LED display circuit like the jumper on the ALERT position of J6 on the EVM
