Could you please tell me the difference between TPS51200-Q1 and TPS51200A-Q1 in detail ?
I understand that TPS51200-Q1 isn't recommended for new designs.

The main difference is TPS51200A-Q1 include polyimide layer.

TPS51200-Q1 has already been NRND as follows. So, I am confused.
Could you please tell me that reason why TPS51200-Q1 became NRND in detail ?

Kato-san,

As TPS51200A-Q1 is available, we recommend customer to use this part for new project.

If TPS51200-Q1 is already used in the production, it should be fine to continue use this part. TI will supply the part as long as customer has requirement.

I would like to confirm just in case, so is TPS51200A-Q1 improved not only reliability but also electrical characteristics if comparing TPS51200-Q1 with TPS51200A-Q1 ?

there is no difference in electrical characteristics between TPS51200-Q1 with TPS51200A-Q1.

Some automotive customers want to add polyimide layer to improve reliability further.
